juzapps.com, measured

Measured 8–12 October 2026: 31 pages crawled, 4 speed tests, 6 Google searches, 6 questions to 4 AI assistants. Search Console is connected in week 1.

In one line

Google and the AI assistants find JuzApps by name, and nothing else. For every search a buyer makes, the site is absent, slow and hard to enquire through.

  • 0 of 5 product searches on page 1 of Google
  • 1 of 6 buyer questions where an AI assistant cites juzapps.com
  • 18.9 s to the largest element on mobile; the threshold is 2.5 s
  • 15 of 31 indexable pages not intended for visitors
  • 3 telephone numbers published; enquiries not counted
  • Found first for the name “juzapps”; described accurately by the assistants

Findings

  1. 01

Search: found by name, absent for every product

    Today

A search for “juzapps” returns the site first. The five searches a buyer makes return competitors and comparison sites; juzapps.com sits at positions 27–61.

    Missing

    • A page per product written for the search it should win
    • Articles answering buyer questions
    • Listings on Capterra, GetApp, GoodFirms, the PSG list

    Why it matters

Google ranks pages that answer the search. There is one page per product, each describing the product to someone who already knows it. The AI assistants build answers from comparison sites and roundups; JuzApps is on none of them, so they cannot recommend it.

    What to do

    • GEO and SEO: one article a night for a product search, from verified facts
    • One page each for JuzGold, JuzRFID, JuzCafe, JuzERP
    • Capterra, GetApp and GoodFirms listings; PSG pre-approval if eligible
    • Nightly check of what the assistants say, with alerts
  2. 02

Pages: 15 of 31 should not be indexed

    Today

Google can index 31 pages. 11 are empty posts titled “x” and “cache” dated 2020 but created in August and September 2026; 3 still carry the template's placeholder text and sample prices; 1 is a superseded duplicate.

    Missing

    • A sitemap that updates itself (today: a static file from July 2025)
    • One main heading on the blog and every post
    • Alt text on 606 of 647 images

    Why it matters

Half of what Google reads about JuzApps is empty or placeholder. That dilutes the real pages and tells Google the site is not maintained; the unexplained posts suggest an access problem worth checking.

    What to do

    • Retire the 15 pages and redirect each address
    • Dynamic sitemap; one H1 per page; alt text written by the Fix agent
    • WordPress hardening and a read of the access logs
  3. 03

Titles and descriptions: cut off or never written

    Today

Every page carries a title and a description that Google displays in its results. Google shows about 60 characters of one and 160 of the other.

    Missing

    • 7 titles and 11 descriptions within Google's limits
    • A written description on 7 pages (Google shows page text instead)
    • Product and place in the home page title

    Why it matters

The result under JuzApps' name is what a buyer reads before clicking. Cut mid-sentence or scraped from the page, it reads as unfinished, and the click goes to the next result.

    What to do

    • A proposed title and description for every page, approved as a batch
    • Home page title names the products and Singapore
  4. 04

Speed: four to seven times Google's threshold

    Today

On a mid-range phone the home page takes 18.9 s before its largest element appears; the product pages 10.5–15.5 s. Google's threshold is 2.5 s.

    Missing

    • Images sized and compressed (1.27 MB to save on the home page)
    • Scripts loaded only where used (218 style files, 69 scripts, two analytics tags)
    • A content delivery network

    Why it matters

Most phone visitors leave after 3 s. Google also scores speed, so a slow page ranks lower for the same content.

    What to do

    • Fix agent: images converted, scripts deferred, one analytics tag
    • JuzApps decides which of 11 plugins stay; a CDN in front of the server
    • Target under 3 s in week 1, under 2.5 s by month 3, re-measured nightly
  5. 05

Enquiries: three routes, none connected, none counted

    Today

The header shows one telephone number, the Contact page a second, the WhatsApp button a third. The form delivers to a mailbox. A chatbot loads as a third route.

    Missing

    • One number across the site, schema and Google Business Profile
    • A record of each enquiry and a stated reply time
    • A lead event in analytics (two tags installed, neither counts anything)

    Why it matters

A buyer who finally arrives cannot tell which number is answered, writes a blank WhatsApp, or posts a form nobody is tracking. JuzApps cannot see how many enquiries the site produces or which page produced them.

    What to do

    • One number; WhatsApp pre-filled with the page's product
    • Every form a record within 15 s; a first reply within 2 minutes (Sales module)
    • Lead events in analytics; a quote page that asks quote questions

What the AI assistants say about JuzApps

    Today

Asked “What is JuzApps”, every assistant describes the company accurately, from the site's own pages.

    Missing

    • One set of company facts: the site says 8+ and 20+ years, 100+ and 80+ staff
    • Evidence for “1000+ projects”
    • A named case study

    Why it matters

The assistants repeat the contradictions as fact. A buyer checking JuzApps with ChatGPT reads two different ages for the company.

    What to do

    • One figure each, stated once, in a knowledge bank the writer uses
    • Daily sentiment check: what each assistant says, tone, unverified claims flagged

The plan

Phase 1 · Foundation

Move the site onto a platform we can automate, and fix what is broken.

  • Migrate the site to GitHub and host it on Google Cloud
  • One database for every record: leads, clients, invoices, articles (the CRM)
  • Fix the broken pages: retire 15, rewrite titles and descriptions, one H1 per page, alt text
  • Speed: images, scripts, one analytics tag; under 3 s on mobile
  • One telephone number; WhatsApp pre-filled per page; lead events
  • Connect Search Console and Google Business Profile

Phase 2 · Growth

Generate the articles that raise impressions, and improve the site every day.

  • Content engine: one article a night for a product search, from verified facts
  • Daily search and AI check: who is cited, tone, faults fixed with a diff
  • One page each for JuzGold, JuzRFID, JuzCafe, JuzERP
  • Knowledge bank filled: products, one case study, approved claims
  • Enquiries answered within 2 minutes by the Front desk agent

Phase 3 · Scale

Compound: proof, listings and outbound sales on the same record.

  • Three named case studies with figures
  • Capterra, GetApp and GoodFirms listings; PSG pre-approval if eligible
  • Lead finder and Outreach agent on the product lists
  • Finance module offered to JuzApps' clients: chaser, updates, reconciliation
